Entry qualification and requirements
Undergraduate diploma (or higher) International students with a Bachelor degree in the field of Linguistics, Foreign Languages, or Humanities have the requirement to be admitted to this Master program. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Italian. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. If you hold a foreign title, please deliver the original documents in person to your student office to finalize your enrolment. Language requirements
A language proficiency level in English equal or superior to B2+ or C1 , duly certified by one of the following international language certifications: IELTS (minimum score: 6.5), TOEFL (minimum score: 79), or CAE . As for the Second Foreign Language curriculum, the degree programme offers the possibility of studying French, Spanish, German, or Russian. Candidates who intend to choose French, Spanish, or German must have a B2+ or C1 language proficiency level proven by a proper language certificate. For Russian a B1+ or B2 language proficiency level is required. As for the the “Italian Language and Culture for International Students” curriculum, candidates are not required to provide any language proficiency level of Italian, though it would be an adavntage. In addition to the assessment of the documentation provided, candidates may also be required to participate in an interview aimed to assess their language, cultural, and discipline-specific competencies.
Other requirements
As regards the Second Foreign Language curriculum , this degree course offers the possibility of studying French, Spanish, German, or Russian. Applicants who wish to study French, Spanish, or German must possess a language proficiency level of B2+/C1. For Russian, applicants must possess a language proficiency level of B1+/B2. This must be demonstrated through the presentation of an appropriate international language certification. As regards the Italian Language and Culture for International Students curriculum , candidates are not required to possess any knowledge of the Italian language. In addition to the assessment of the documentation provided by candidates, the admissions board may also require applicants to participate in an interview aimed at ascertaining their language, cultural, and discipline-specific competencies.
