- Undergraduate diploma (or higher) Admission to the Master of Science in Communication Engineering program needs a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering, Physics or Mathematics, or an equivalent University Degree. Students with a BS in topics related to information and communication technology ( ICT ) have the ideal background knowledge to undertake the program. Other students may be admitted, depending on their curriculum. Please be informed that our admission committee requires adequate certified knowledge (with good, higher than average grades) in the following areas: – Probability, Random Variables, and Stochastic Processes – Signals, Systems, and Fourier Transform methods – Fundamentals of Communication Systems – Fundamentals of Electromagnetism. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Italian. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. - English Accepted proof of proficiency: FCE or CAE, IELTS 5.5+ or TOEFL 69+ Level : minimum B2 ( CEFR ). Certifications recognised : IELTS of at least B2 level; Cambridge English Language Assessment; City and Guids (Pitman); Edecel / Pearson Ltd; EDI ( LCCIEB ); IELTS ; TCL Trinity College London; TOEFL ETS Exceptions : - English mother tongue students; - Students with official proof that their Bachelor’s degree was taught in English.

- A motivation letter must be added to your application. To be admitted into a degree-course taught in English, the Italian language is not mandatory. However, in compliance with the internal bylaw and regulations, students attending a degree program taught in English are required to assess the Italian language proficiency level before final graduation. An Italian assessment test would be provided within the course of study.
