Entry qualification and requirements
Undergraduate / Bachelor's Degree (or higher) Application requirements: -fully completed and signed application form, -BA degree from an accredited university or higher education institution in law or other social sciences, computer sciences, natural sciences, health sciences or engineering, -a demonstrated proficiency in English , -copy of passport, -2 recommendation letters from recognised academic persons, -recent medical certificate of satisfactory general health status, -a CV, -a letter of motivation and -an individual interview (online). Who should apply? According to the degree type, our postgraduate program offers two streams: one for lawyers [Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Comparative Intellectual Property Law], and one for non-lawyers (Specialisation in Comparative Intellectual Property Law). For those who would like to join the program, it is an essential condition to have at least a bachelor degree. Students with a master’s degree in law will receive a Legal Master’s degree (LL.M.).
