Entry qualification and requirements
High school / secondary education (or higher) Application requirements: -Photocopy of your valid Passport (non-EU citizen) or Identification Card (EU citizen), -Certified copy of your High School Diploma from an accredited high school and Certificate listing all the subjects you have taken and the grades you have achieved, -CV, -Motivation Letter, -Statement of Representation, -Entrance examination. Application process: - Applicants are required to be over the age of 18 in the year of application (by December 31). There is no upper age limit . -Applications are accepted from graduates of accredited high schools or colleges/universities. -According to the decision of the Admission Committee of the Faculty, students who have failed any subject in the final year of their high school studies are not entitled to apply to the programme. -Applicants are also eligible to submit their application and sit for an entrance examination if they are in their final year but have not received the School Leaving Certificate or Diploma yet. English Accepted proof of proficiency: Cambridge English, IELTS, TOEFL or other equivalent A demonstrated proficiency in English language (intermediate level: B2, TOEIC , TOEFL IBT , TOEFL PBT , TOEFL CBT , IELTS ), exam certificate (if available) must be presented at application. English knowledge is tested during the entrance exam.

Please write down different motivation letters for each programme you are interested in. Transfer from other Universities Students who have successfully pursued Nurse studies at other accredited universities in English language can apply for admission without being obliged to take an entrance examination. Preconditions of transfer are set by the Faculty. Admission to an upper year might be possible if subjects of previous studies are identical or at least 75% similar to the curriculum of the University of Szeged. Please note that at least one third of the student’s complete Nurse studies must be fulfilled at the University of Szeged.
