About this programme

The Bachelor Plus STEM programme is an eight-semester (four-year) Bachelor's programme in which students are first introduced to the broad field of STEM subjects (known as MINT subjects in German). After the first year, students choose one main subject, such as physics, chemistry, computer science or mathematics, and pursue their studies in this field (the complete list is available on our website). Upon completion of the programme, students receive a Bachelor of Science degree and are eligible to enrol on the respective corresponding Master's programme, as well as the one-year research Master's BioMed programme. The programme consists of 240 ECTS credits, 120 to 180 of which (depending on your chosen subject) are dedicated to your main subject. The remaining ECTS credits can be earned through any other courses on campus, meaning that the programme allows students to have a core subject while also pursuing their other interests and learning more about other subjects on campus. Popular additional subjects include economics, philosophy, law and pharmacy. If you have any questions regarding the freedom of choice, please do not hesitate to contact us.
