Entry requirements and how to apply

Entry qualification and requirements
Undergraduate diploma (or higher) N. B. for non-EU/EFTA applicants: the gap since your completed Bachelor degree should not exceed five years. Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Life Sciences. Following subjects or their close equivalents should be studied during Bachelor studies (no less than 30 ECTS credits totally): Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Cell Biology, Genetics, Bachelor Thesis (Project). For each of these subjects, the grades must be at least 60% of the maximum possible grade. Applicants with an overall grade average of at least 70% are eligible for admission. Applicants must submit a motivational letter for the study programme and at least one reference. Interviewed applicants will be ranked, those with the highest score (but not less than 20) are admitted. Important: additional country-specific requirements are set only for the following countries which you can find HERE ( STEP 2). The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Lithuanian. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. Language requirements
English The following language certificates are accepted for study programmes taught in English: ELTS Academic 6.5+, TOEFL iBT 81+, Cambridge English Exam 176+, Pearson PTE Academic 59+, LanguageCert IESOL B2, Duolingo English Test 120+, Password Skills Plus 6.5+ or another language proficiency certificate equivalent to B2 CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). If you are a native speaker and/or if the English language was the medium of instruction in your previous studies, you will be exempt from providing an English language test score.
Other requirements
A motivation letter must be added to your application. Applicants from Bangladesh, Nepal and Pakistan must submit OMPT -D (Online Mathematics Placement Test) Certificate (minimum passing grade – 55%). More information HERE
