Entry qualification and requirements
Undergraduate diploma (or higher) N. B. for non-EU/EFTA applicants: the gap since your completed Bachelor degree should not exceed five years. Bachelor’s degree in Humanities. If your qualification meets the requirements, you will receive an invitation for a motivational interview. Important: additional country-specific requirements are set only for the following countries which you can find HERE ( STEP 2). The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Lithuanian. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. Translation is considered to be official when it is bound together with the certified true copy of the original document and is confirmed by the translator’s signature. Documents issued in English, Lithuanian must be certified true copies and do not require translation. You must take verified copies of the entry qualification documents along with you when you arrive to studies. Language requirements
English Lithuanian English language proficiency (at least B2 level according to the CEFR ), as demonstrated by passing one of the international examinations: - IELTS Academic 6.5+, - TOEFL iBT 81+ (iBT Internet-based test) - Cambridge English Exam 176+, - Pearson PTE Academic: 59+, - LanguageCert IESOL B2, - Duolingo English Test: 120+ - Password Skills Plus 6.5+ Or other proof of English language proficiency at B2 level according to the CEFR . Lithuanian language proficiency (at least B2 level according to the CEFR ). This can be proven through: - a language proficiency certificate confirming at least B2 level, or - a certificate stating that previous studies were conducted in Lithuanian, or - verification from a subject teacher confirming that certain subjects were taught in Lithuanian and attesting to the applicant’s language proficiency level.
Other requirements
Specific requirements for EU / EEA applicants: You can apply for state-funded study place if you are a citizen of the Republic of Lithuania or another member country of the European Union (EU) or European Free Trade Association ( EFTA ), a person (non-EU/EFTA) granted a right of permanent residence in the Republic of Lithuania, child, grandchild or great-grandchild of the Diaspora or person of Lithuanian origin.
