Minimum 3-year bachelor's degree (or higher) A minimum three-year undergraduate degree is required. Please note: not all international undergraduate degrees are a valid entry qualification for enrolling in a master’s degree programme in Italy. Admission to this master’s degree programme is subject to your possession of specific minimum curricular requirements. In order for you to be an eligible candidate, the academic content of your previous university studies must be coherent with and relevant to the coursework of this master’s degree programme. More specifically, you must have obtained at least 42 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System credits) or the equivalent in the following specific fields: At least 36 ECTS in Language and Literature of China At least additional 6 ECTS in: Language and Literature of China and South-East Asia, History of East and South-East Asia, Glottology and Linguistics, Didactics of Modern Languages, Law, Modern Histor
Language requirements
English Italian Chinese ENGLISH A minimum B2-level knowledge of English is mandatory for enrolment. Please make sure you upload one of the certifications we recognise as proof of your English language level. You can apply to this programme even if you have yet to obtain a language certification, but you will need to provide one in order to complete your enrolment. Exemption categories Please note: Ca’ Foscari University does not conduct any test to assess your knowledge of English as part of the application procedure. ITALIAN A minimum B2-level knowledge of Italian is required for enrolment. Please make sure you upload one of the certifications we recognise as proof of your language level. You can apply to this programme even if you have yet to obtain a language certification, but in order to complete your enrolment you will need to provide one or take a preliminary Italian language test organised either on Skype or on campus before the academic year begins. You are exempted from needing to provide evidence of your proficiency in Italian if: • Italian is your mother tongue; or • you are an EU citizen (regardless of citizenship and residence). A motivation letter must be added to your application. Please prepare a dedicated letter of motivation to be considered by the Teaching Committee of the master’s degree in Language and Management to China. Well-received letters are always prepared specifically with this programme in mind. This is a limited-admission programme that requires you to take an entry test. Non-EU applicants take the entry test via Skype . If the preliminary evaluation of your documentation by the Counseling and Welcome Unit is successful, you will be sent instructions for reserving the date and time of your entry test; EU applicants must register for and take an entry test .
