Entry qualification and requirements
High school / secondary education (or higher) You must provide a final secondary education certificate (high school or 4-year vocational secondary education diploma) and a grade transcript showcasing good results. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Latvian. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations in English along with verified copies of the original. Often, you can get a suitable transcript from your school. All education documents not originally in English must be accompanied by official translations, which you can receive directly from your school, or you may get a notary-approved translation. You must take verified copies of the entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university. English Accepted proof of proficiency: FCE or CAE, IELTS 6+ or TOEFL 79+ All applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English, as the entire study process is conducted in English. You may fulfil this requirement by submitting one of the following internationally recognized test results: • TOEFL iBT: minimum score 70 • IELTS (Academic): minimum score 6.0 • Edusync ( RBS ): minimum level B2 Applicants who have completed their previous education entirely in English – including those who hold an International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma – are exempt from providing an English proficiency test result. If you do not have a valid TOEFL or IELTS certificate, you may still submit your application. After submission, you will receive an email with instructions on how to register for the Edusync test provided by RBS . Once registered, you will have two weeks to complete the test. These requirements ensure that all students are well-prepared to succeed in an English-language academic environment.
