Entry requirements and how to apply
- Entry qualification and requirements
- Undergraduate diploma (or higher) Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: health and welfare, social and behavioral sciences, psychology and sports, life sciences (biotechnology, biological sciences, pharmacy, medicine) or any other area accepted in the country of the application. For who is in possession of an Italian degree: L-2, L-13, LM-13 or LM-41 is required. In the event that the student does not major in one of the above degrees, the curricular requirements are still considered satisfied if the student has acquired at least: 10 ECTS in mathematics, physics, computer science and statistics (Italian disciplinary areas: from FIS /01 to FIS /08, from MAT /01 to MAT /09, INF /01, MED /01, SECS -S/01, SECS -S/02); 10 ECTS in the chemical and biological areas (Italian scientific areas: CHI m/01, CHIM /02, CHIM /03, CHIM /06, BIO /01, BIO /10, BIO /11, BIO /13, BIO /17, BIO /18, BIO /19); 20 ECTS in the biotechnology area (Italian scientific areas: from BIO /01 to BIO /07, from BIO /12 to BIO /19, from CHIM /01 to CHIM /05, from CHIM /08 to CHIM /11, MED /03, MED /04, MED /05, MED /07, MED /09, MED /13, MED /15, MED /42. - English Knowledge of the English language at a level no lower than level B2 of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference). For students with a previous university degree delivered in English no certificate is required.

- - European Standard Curriculum Vitae for the Committee Specific requirements for EU / EEA applicants: Admission to the programme is selective. The number of available seats for the academic year 2026/27 is 40, in the proportion of 20 seats for the Healthcare track and 20 seats for the Welfare track.
