The Data engineering programme prepares students to work with data technologies across the entire pipeline—whether it's data ingestion, storage, or analysis. It provides a strong foundation in computer science and mathematics, ensuring that students' skills remain relevant even as specific technologies evolve. In addition to technical expertise, the programme also equips students with legal, ethical, and economic knowledge essential for responsible and effective data engineering. Freely chosen minor studies allow students to broaden their understanding and deepen their knowledge of potential applications. After completing the Bachelor's degree, students continue directly to the Master's degree programme in Data Engineering where they can deepen their knowledge on the topics they are most interested in. The Master's studies also contain a Master's thesis which typically involves practical work done in a company.
