- Minimum 3-year bachelor's degree (or higher) A minimum three-year undergraduate degree is required. NB: Not all international undergraduate degrees allow enrolment in a master’s degree programme in Italy. Admission to this programme requires you to: satisfy the specific minimum curricular requirements (so, to be an eligible candidate, your previous university studies must be coherent with and relevant to the coursework of this master’s degree programme); and possess a minimum CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) . MINIMUM REQUIRED CGPA Admission to this master’s degree programme is subject to the satisfaction of specific minimum curricular requirements and the possession of a minimum CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) of 70% . To determine how your past academic performance compares to this minimum percentage, it will be numerically quantified based on the official numerical grading scale used by your home institution, if you provide it. - English A minimum B2-level knowledge of English is mandatory for enrolment. Please make sure you upload one of the certifications we recognize as proof of your English language level. LANGUAGE CERTIFICATIONS WE RECOGNIZE You can apply to this programme even if you have yet to obtain a language certification, but you will need to provide one in order to complete your enrolment. Please note: Ca’ Foscari University does not conduct any test to assess your knowledge of English as part of the application procedure. EXEMPTION CATEGORIES A minimum B1-level knowledge of a second language is also required for admission. The languages that are accepted depend upon the curriculum you choose: European Union Studies: French, Portuguese, Spanish or German Global Studies: French, Portuguese, Russian or Spanish

- A motivation letter must be added to your application. Please prepare a dedicated letter of motivation to be considered by the Teaching Committee of the master’s degree in Comparative International Relations. Well-received letters are always prepared specifically with this programme in mind.
