Pazmany Peter Catholic University does not publish a fee for this programme on its own. Its published rate for master's programmes is HUF 1,600,000 – HUF 3,400,000 a year for international students.

Entry requirements and how to apply

Entry qualification and requirements
Undergraduate diploma (or higher) You may apply if you have a BSc or MSc degree in molecular biology, bioinformatics, computer science, bionics or related fields . In addition, a basic knowledge of the sequence, structure and function of biomolecules is also required. If you hold a BSc degree different from the ones listed above , you may also apply and the Admissions Committee will assess your eligibility as part of the admissions procedure. Please upload both your BSc degree and your transcript of records . The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Hungarian. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. Application documents must be uploaded to DreamApply in electronic format . Original copies (and their certified translations in hard copy, if any) will only be required for online enrollment, following a successful admissions procedure.
Language requirements
English Accepted proof of proficiency: FCE or CAE, IELTS 6+ or TOEFL 79+ In order to successfully complete the Biodata Analysis programme, you need a B2 level of English proficiency . You must have an English language certificate corresponding to B2 level of CEFR (Common European Framework of Languages). The following language exams are accepted: TOEFL  iBT, Cambridge exams, ECL , Euroexam, LanguageCert ESOL , Oxford Test of English, Pearson Test of English, TOEIC , ECCE and ECPE We do not accept Duolingo test results or placement tests taken at your previous university. There are three cases of exemption in which you are not required to submit a language exam certificate: • if your mother tongue is English, • if you obtained your bachelor’s degree in a programme taught entirely in English (a certificate of the medium of instruction is required), • if you obtained your bachelor’s degree in a country where English is one of the official languages.
Other requirements
At least 1 reference(s) should be provided. Please provide the name, position and email address of a professor whom we may contact for reference. You are not required to submit a written letter of reference , the data of a professor is sufficient.
