NTU's fee table for students accepting an offer in 2026 sets the annual undergraduate tuition by programme and by fee tier. An international student outside ASEAN who takes the Ministry of Education Tuition Grant — which carries a three-year bond to work for a Singapore entity — pays SGD 21,400 for most programmes, 21,800 for the business and computing degrees, 32,000 for the Renaissance Engineering Programme and 91,250 for Medicine. ASEAN nationals pay SGD 18,050, 20,700 and 80,850 respectively. Without the Tuition Grant the same degrees cost SGD 36,350 (non-laboratory) or 40,600 (laboratory)
