This study programme is only available in German. --> Circular Engineering verfolgt das Ziel, über die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette hinweg die Zirkularität von Produkten und Systemen weiterzuentwickeln, die Ressourceneffizienz zu erhöhen und die Treibhausgasemissionen zu reduzieren. Circular Engineers beherrschen damit das Konzept der Zirkularität von Stoffströmen vor allem auf der Produktionsseite: von primären Rohstoffen, den Produktionssystemen über das Produkt bis hin zur Herstellung von qualitätsgesicherten sekundären Rohstoffen mittels technisch-technologischer Recyclingverfahren.
