Entry requirements and how to apply

Entry qualification and requirements
Undergraduate diploma (or higher) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Mathematics or Physics; Diploma in Engineering (higher professional education) eligible for studies at the Master study programme in engineering or computer sciences. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Latvian. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. We accept only officially translated documents. You must take the original entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university.
Language requirements
English Accepted proof of proficiency: FCE or CAE, IELTS 6+ or TOEFL 79+ Need to submit a document that states your English proficiency ( IELTS , TOEFL , etc.). IELTS – (6.0 score) TOEFL IBT – (80 points) TOEFL PBT – (547 points) Pearson Test of English Academic ( PTE A) – (67 points) Duolingo (110 points). The said document is not attached if: - the foreigner has obtained secondary or higher education in the language of implementation of the relevant study program; - the foreigner has obtained secondary education in a European Union or European Economic Area country or in the Swiss Confederation, and the document certifying their secondary education includes a foreign language proficiency rating equivalent to at least B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
